Clint Eastwood has written many of the soundtracks to his movies over the year. He is an accomplished jazz musician as well as a superstar actor. One of his works you must hear is ‘Tribute’, the theme song from Grand Torino.
Eastwood has a Tom Waits feel to his voice as he sings the first part of the song before Jamie Cullum takes over the vocals.Eastwood and Cullum wrote ‘Tribute’ with Clint’s son Kyle and Michael Stevens.
Clint Eastwood has composed a lot of the music from his movies over the years including ‘Mystic River’, ‘Grace Is Gone’, ‘Million Dollar Baby’, ‘Space Cowboys’ and ‘The Bridges of Madison County’.
‘Tribute’ from Gran Torino was nominated for a Golden Globe.
