A fault at Ticketek this morning when Sound Relief went on sale sent an incorrect message to fans that the Melbourne event had sold out. That was not right.
Organisers for the event are asking fans to keep trying. Plenty of tickets for the charity event are on sale but the Ticketek system has been causing delays.Sound Relief will be held in Sydney and Melbourne on March 14 with funds going to aid victims of the Victorian Bushfires and Queensland floods.
The event will see a number of high profile reunions from Midnight Oil, Split Enz, Icehouse and Hunters & Collectors.
International acts Coldplay, Kings of Leon and Jack Johnson will perform at the event.
Jet and Wolfmother will perform in both Sydney and Melbourne.
