Florida band Anberlin won’t be dropping into Undercover today, and for good reason. They have decided that instead of doing interviews, they would rather volunteer to help out in the Victorian bushfire region.
The band will head to Kinglake today, one of the towns all but wiped out in the bushfires on Black Saturday February 7.The death toll for the fires is now more than 200 but hundreds of people are still reported as missing.
More than 2200 homes were wiped out in the blaze that swept across Victoria.
Anberlin are in Australia for the Soundwave Festival and will perform in Melbourne tomorrow, along with Nine Inch Nails and Alice In Chains.
