Lily Allen would have had the biggest selling album in Australia this week had it not been for the generosity of the Australian public and their support of the Bushfire Appeal albums.
‘Bushfire Aid’, the Sony Music initiative to raise money for the Victorian Bushfire Appeal is being reported by many stores as their top seller this week.Meanwhile over at iTunes, the Live At The Enmore album donated by Jimmy Barnes for the appeal has been the biggest downloaded album of the week.
With the fires still raging out of control in Victoria, a death toll now exceeding 200 and more than 1800 homes lost, you can give from anywhere in the world by buying those two albums.
Barnes album is available worldwide on iTunes. It is retailing in Australia for $3.39.
