Aussie stars Ricki-Lee Coulter and Andy Clockwise were just two acts that performed for a benefit gig for the Victoria bushfire victims in Los Angeles on the weekend.
The charity gig was held at the Blue Goose Lounge on Sunset Blvd while another event took place at The Australian, a bar in Manhattan. More than $76,000 was raised from the events.The Blue Goose donated the venue for the benefit and people were encouraged to pay whatever they could to attend.
As well as Ricki-Lee and Andy Clockwise, Bruno Lucia and Dean Geyer also performed.
Guy Sebastian twittered that he was also at the show in Los Angeles. Footballer Ben Graham attended the New York benefit.
Meanwhile, a major benefit concert, featuring two big name international acts, is expected to be announced this week.
The shows will take place in March simultaneously in Sydney and Melbourne.
