The guitar boat Josh Pyke is seen sailing in in his `Make You Happy` video has sold for $7,100.
Proceeds from the auction were given to the Indigenous Literacy Project to address the literacy crisis in remote aboriginal communities.Pyke has had the boat on display at the Australian National Maritime Museum in Darling Harbour in Sydney. It will remain on display until February 19 when the new owner can take it out for a sail.
The auction started on February 2nd with a starting bid of 99c.
41 bids later, the new owner won the auction for $7,100.
