U2 Open The Grammy Awards

U2 has officially launched the new album `No Line On The Horizon` with a performance of `Get On Your Boots` at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles today.

The 51st annual Grammy Awards started with the U2 performance.

Bono used the spotlight to perform with a new look. He was minus the signature shades and wearing heavy eye-liner.

U2 don’t qualify for any awards this year. With ‘No Line On The Horizon’ not out until the end of this month, no doubt it will be one to watch in 2009.
