We might be hearing the Elvis Costello / T Bone Burnett collaboration called The Coward Brothers soon. Then again, we might not.
Costello and Burnett are reported to have put down some recordings in Nashville between March 31 and April 2. Then again maybe they didn’t.The upcoming album from Costello and Burnett is called ‘The Secret, The Profane, and the Sugar Cane’. The again, maybe it is not.
In September, Costello stated through his website, "No such record exists or is scheduled at present." However, in December, Musictap confirmed a whisper that the album should be out in May. So maybe it is.
Look for the album on Hear Music (Universal) if or when it happens.
