Chris Martin has a solo gig in Cannes tonight.
The Coldplay front man will perform an acoustic version of ‘Lost’ at the 2009 NRJ Awards.Coldplay are up for three NRJ awards tonight, International Album of the Year, International Song of the Year and International Band of the Year.

The NRJ Awards are put on but French radio station NRJ in partnership with TF1 television. They are held each year in Cannes and mark of the first of the global awards for the year.
Meanwhile, the next single for Coldplay will be ‘Life In Technicolour ii’ from the Prospekt’s March EP. The b-side will feature the brand new song ‘Goldrush’.
It will be released on February 2nd.
