Husker Du / Sugar legend Bob Mould is about to release another solo album.
20 years after his first solo record ‘Workbook’, Mould is ready to let loose ‘Life and Times’, his 8th solo record.Mould produced the album in his hometown of Washington DC. “The album is filled with Mould's experiences in relation to friends, lovers, the world at large and himself. It is honest and personal, his voice breaking on "Bad Blood Better," the electronic twitches of earlier work reappearing under signature blazing guitars on"MM17",” a note from ANTI Records states.
Mould rode the punk wave rock with Husker Du from 1979-1988. Sugar was his other life from 1992-1995. Between Husker Du and Sugar he released 2 solo albums, and since Sugar has been putting out a new one ever 2 or 3 years.
