The Who`s Roger Daltrey joined Pete Doherty on stage this week.
Daltrey and Doherty treated fans to a one-off gig last night in memory of a friend who died from cancer.The Who legend and the Babyshambles frontman got together on stage at Bristol's O2 Academy and dedicated the gig to Daniel Squires, 16, who struck up a friendship with the two singers before his death last year.
The musicians performed a number of Who classics including Substitute and Magic Bus and draw a huge ovation from the crowd as they paid tribute to Squires, calling him "a special lad".
They were backed by the rest of Babyshambles throughout the gig, which aimed to raise awareness of Teenage Cancer Trust, with the collective also performing a series of Johnny Cash covers part way through.
