Fleetwood Mac will go back on the road in 2009.
Stevie Nicks, Lindsay Buckingham, Mick Fleetwood and John McVie will start their ‘Unleashed’ tour in Pittsburgh on March 1st.This will be the first Fleetwood Mac has toured in 5 years,
However, fans may have to wait a little longer for some new music. Instead of a new studio album, the classic ‘Rumours’ will be reissued to mark the 30th anniversary of the original release.
The new ‘Rumours’ will be a special edition CD/DVD boxed set released for the tour.
The album will be expanded to include songs recorded for ‘Rumours’ but not used on the album.
The DVD will contain never before seen footage of the band.
