The Kinks are set to release the band’s first ever box set comprising of six CDs filled with demos, live stuff and rarities.
The collection will be called ‘Picture Book’ and was compiled by Kinks front man Ray Davies.Some of the cool little goodies include mono versions of ‘Lola’ and ‘Waterloo Sunset’, an alternate take of ‘Dedicated Follower Of Fashion’ and a few demos, although most of the set represents the band’s recorded career in chronological order.
‘Picture Book’ will be in stores on December 8, just in time for you to spend your hard earned cash on someone else for that holiday at the end of December that people are already ranting about.
