Paul McCartney has played his first ever gig in Israel, more than 40 years after The Beatles were banned in the region for being a bad influence on youth.
The McCartney setlist is becoming pretty much standardised but this songs like these, you cannot go wrong. He opened the Tel Aviv show with The Beatles` classic ‘Hello Goodbye’ and closed with 7 Beatles songs in a row.
An interesting inclusion in the set is the Sgt Pepper finale song ‘A Day In The Life’. The song has rarely ever been performed live by Paul. It was never ever performed live by The Beatles.
