Every Tuesday, Unchain St Kilda, is screening movies featuring St Kilda or residents of St Kilda at the Palace George Cinema for St Kilda Tuesday Flicks.
As part of the event each, relevant music clips are also being shown. This coming Tuesday, Jackson Jackson will make it to the big screen with their new video All Alone.Jan Skubiszewski from Jackson Jackson is the son of movie and TV composer Cezary Skubiszewski. The elder Skubiszewski composed the music for the movie Two Hands.
Cezary also composed the musical piece being used for the 25 second trailer for St Kilda’s Tuesday Flicks.
St Kilda’s Tuesday Flicks was officially opened in September 2 by Tim Costello.
Unchain St Kilda is a coalition of people who live, work and visit the St Kilda area, and are outraged towards the proposed commercial development of the St Kilda Triangle Crown land.
This Tuesday flick is the 1993 movie Hercules Returns, which was filmed at the Palais in St Kilda.
