Liam and Noel Gallagher turned to the fine art of busking on the streets of New York this week.
As part of a promotional campaign with New York tourism’s NYC & Company, Liam and Noel Gallagher and band will instruct a group of buskers to play four songs from their new release ‘The Shock of the Lightning’ and will film the experience for a new documentary.The buskers will then travel to various locations around the city to perform the tracks with signs saying, “You are the first to hear this new Oasis song.”
The documentary will be released online on October 7, the same day as the album’s release.
