The Darebin Music Feast kicks off this weekend in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, particularly in the city of Darebin, bringing artists of all kinds together at venues around Northcote, Preston and Bundoora.
Artists will showcase different styles of music from hip hop to world music, to folk to jazz to rock and the event will also showcase visual art as well, with highlights including Melbourne Jazz in Photographs at the Feast Hub at the Northcote Town Hall, and even a bizarre “theatrical cabaret” named ‘John, Paul, Ringo and Georgia’ which will combine Georgian harmonies and Beatles songs.It’s impossible to list all of the great events in one story, but we can direct you to this site: Darebin Music Feast for more information.
