Abba mania is still alive in Australia and the UK with the Mamma Mia soundtrack topping the Aussie charts again this week and Abba Gold at number one in the UK.
Mamma Mia sold 10235 units in Australia this week, ahead of `Anthems 1991-2008` with sales of 9180 and Coldplay`s `Viva La Vida` doing 6,482 units.Other new entries this week on the Aussie chart are “Truth Beauty and a Picture of You` from The Whitlams with 6,320 units moved, `Teeth Lost Hearts One` for The Grates did 4253 units and `One of the Boys` by Kate Perry sold 2,446 units.
Elsewhere on the Australian chart were debuts by Carpathian, The Sunny Cowgirls and Metro Station.
There wasn`t a lot of activity on the UK chart this week. The highest debut was `Man Like I` by Natty at 21.
