Paul McCartney has been spotting on a road trip, getting his kicks on Route 66, to use an old Stones line.
Sir Paul was holidaying with new girlfriend Nancy Shevell. The 47-year old is a Vice President of New England Motor Freight, Inc and until recently was married to lawyer Bruce Blakeman. They were neighbours of McCartney`s in the Hamptons.The wealthy Sir Paul was slumming it with the common folk as he wheeled his way across America. He was spotted at a Circle K and filling up at a local gas station in Illinois along his travels.
The most disappointing thing was Paul`s vehicle of choice. Instead of an environmentally friendly hybrid (and he does own the Lexus), he was road-tripping in a gas guzzling Ford Bronco.
