Meliah Rage, the Boston metal band from the 80s, has reunited with original singer Mike Munro.
Meliah Rage was the band that once featured Godsmack frontman Sully Ema as its drummer. The band recently went back into the studio with producer Rich Spillberg who suggested they reconnect with Munro and get him back in the band.
Munro left the band after the 1996 album `Death Valley Dream`. A remastered version of that album was released this week.
The band, once again fronted by Munro, and featuring mates Anthony Nichols (guitar), Jim Koury (guitar), Darren Lourie (bass), and Stu Dowie (drums) plans to release the new album in early 2009.
