A U.S. tabloid’s claim that P. Diddy has proposed to Cassie has been denied, with the RNB singer dismissing the rumor on her official Myspace.
Star magazine quotes ‘a source’ as saying, “He told everyone to keep it extremely quiet because he didn’t want it to get out, but you could tell he was excited.”The source adds, “Diddy said they hadn’t set a date yet, but he wanted his family to hear the news first.”
Cassie, who is 17 years younger than the hip-hop mogul, wrote on her Myspace, “That rumor is completely false and I have no clue how it came to be or why it got so big, but it’s not true, real talk. I am not engaged.”
