Sir Bob Geldof has been announced as a keynote speaker for the 8th annual Diversity@Work Awards to be held in Melbourne in November.
Geldof will be speaking up for human rights.“It is important for individuals and businesses of all sizes to recognise that they are all equally accountable in the challenge of improving workplace cohesion,” he said in a statement. “Inclusion and fair treatment are not privileges, but a collective organisational right. The moment for embracing workplace diversity is now and it is everyone`s responsibility`.
Geldof will present the major awards to the winners.
The Diversity@Work Awards recognise, celebrate and promote achievements in diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
