After doing the rounds of schools in Queensland, NSW and the ACT, Boost Mobile Rocks The Schools is coming to schools in Victoria.
The program gives students an understanding of how the music industry works. Former Midnight Oil singer turned politician Peter Garrett has given his support to the project. After visiting the Ballina High School, the Head of Music David Krix said, Students were engaged. The hands-on experience was fantastic; the band was great and signed lots of autographs from screaming fans! The sound and lighting experience for our students was terrific."
For the Victorian leg of the project, Angelas Dish and Fast Crew will play for schools.
