Disturbed repeated its dominant debut from the US last week by slaughtering all in its path to top the Australian chart today.

'Indestructible' had more than double the figure of the number two album by Gabriella Cilmi, 'Lessons To Be Learned'.

Disturbed topped the Aussie chart with 10079 units, compared to Cilmi's 4431.

Elsewhere down the chart, Alanis Morissette came in at number 17. Her 'Flavors of Entanglement' album sold 1724 units.

The Fratellis were at number 20 after selling 1585 copies of 'Here We Stand'.

Weezer's 'Weezer' (the red album) sold 1557 copies to be placed at number 21.

Last week's UK number 1, '22 Dreams' by Paul Weller came in at 30 in Australia on 1240 sales.

My Morning Jacket 'Evil Urges' sold 761 units to come in at 56.

Cyndi Lauper's 'Bring Ya To The Brink' debuted at 98 on sales of 534.
