The JD Set continues its trek around Australia this weekend, introducing the hottest new Australian acts to the country.
Last night, the tour stopped by Melbourne for a showcase with Calling All Cars, Angelas Dish and Braindead Lovers.Calling All Cars were a latecomer to the tour, replacing The Dardanelles who dropped out at the last minute due to health reasons. You can vote for them for Phase 2 of the tour.
Also inline for phase 2 is Amy Meredith, Borne, Casual Projects, The Checks and Hell City Glamours. Voting is open now.
Meanwhile, tonight the tour heads to Wagga Wagga. Saturday night it will be at Waves in Wollongong and then Sunday night at The Venue in Canberra.
The JD Set is a Jack Daniel's initiative to bring great bands to the masses by providing a showcase for future legends.
