Paul Weller is certainly a hit with the Australian fans. His first ever-Aussie solo shows sold out instantly yesterday.
New shows have now been added to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.Weller was last in Australia as a member of the Style Council. They formed that band in 1983, immediately after breaking up The Jam.
When The Style Council finished in 1989, Weller went (and has stayed) solo.
The Australian tour will coincide with the release of his new album '22 Dreams'.
