Leslie Fiest was the big winner at the Juno Awards on the weekend. The Canadian singer/songwriter took home 5 awards from Canada's most prestigious music award ceremony.
Fiest won Single of the Year for '1234', the song made famous in an iPod commercial.She also picked up Album of the Year for 'The remainder'.
Fiest is no newcomer to the industry. Her big performing debut was in 1988 at the Calgary Olympics.
She then formed the punk band Placebo (not the English one) and was in and out of Canadian nomadic act Broken Social Scene.
Her previous Juno's include Best Alternative Album in 2004 for 'Let It Die' and Best New Artist in 2005.
