The Last Shadow Puppets, the side-project of Alex Turner of Arctic Monkeys and Miles Kane of the Rascals, played their first ever show in London on the weekend.
By show, we really mean live appearance. The set was limited to just two songs, 'Meeting Place' and 'Standing Next To Me'.The appearance at the Lock Tavern in Camden was for a birthday party for Remi Nicole.
The debut album was The Last Shadow Puppets, 'The Age of the Understatement', will be released on April 19.
The first single will be the title track, released a week earlier. The single will feature a cover of Billy Fury's 'Wondrous Place' and the non-album track 'Two Hearts In Two Weeks'.
