British Prime Minister Gordon Brown says he is a big fan of Amy Winehouse.
The Daily Mirror reports Brown as saying "Amy is incredibly talented, with an incredible voice. I'm a big fan. She may be troubled but as much as anything I think she is simply misunderstood."Meanwhile, Winehouse's fanbase also seems to extend to George Clooney and Julia Roberts. The actors were reported by the Mirror to have offered Winehouse £500,000 to perform at a party on May 5.
The shindig will be hosted b y Giorgio Armani at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute. Armani is also a fan of Winehouse.
