Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards could face a £50 fine after flouting the new anti-smoking laws that adorn Scotland's public places.
During a recent Stones show in Hamden Park in Scotland, an outdoor venue, Richards, true to his form, allegedly lit up numerous times throughout the two hour performance.Anti-smoking groups and smoker's rights groups have leapt at the opportunity to scream and shout their sides of the argument and anti-smoking groups and smoker's rights groups all ended up looking stupid.
