EMI is planning to release a Radiohead 'Greatest Hits' album without the consent of the band.
Radiohead left the label last year and released their latest album 'In Rainbows' independently, but EMI has rights to compile whatever they want from the first 6 albums. When told about the plans, Radiohead's Ed O'Brien commented We won't be doing any promotion for that, obviously."
The release of the album is expected around May, when Radiohead start their US tour.
