Britney Spears looks set to have her 72 hour watch in hospital extended to 14 days.
The faded popstar is reported to be in an out-of-control state in the hospital near her Studio City mansion.The 'Blackout' star is reported to have gone "ballistic" after finding out that her parents have taken control of her assets.
Britney's parents Jaime and Lynne now over power of attorney over their daughter after a Los Angeles court granted them Conservatorship late on Friday.
Britney's self-appointed "manager" Sam Lufti has also been given a retraining order stopping him from getting anywhere near Britney or the house.
The Spears want their daughter to take a year off away from the music industry and concentrate on getting her life back together. After she leaves hospital, it is likely that Britney will move back to Louisiana with her parents.
Britney was due to leave the hospital today. The 14 day extension is a possibility if she is deemed incapable of looking after herself.
