Britney Spears is on track to debut at number one next week in the USA.
Hitsdailydouble.com confirms that ‘Femme Fatale’, the new Britney album, could sell around 300,000 units in the first week.
Last week, the N.O.T.O.R.I.O.U.S. Chris Brown debuted at number one with ‘F.A.M.E.’ due in part to the publicity generated by his destructive tantrum on Good Morning America on the day of release.
Hits predicts ‘Femme Fatale’ will land at number one with anywhere between 275k and 300k sales.
Brown’s ‘F.A.M.E.’ sold 273,000 last week.
Other debuts next week will include Wiz Khalifa ‘Rolling Papers’, possibly at no. 2 with sales of around 200,000.
Radiohead’s physical version of ‘The King Of Limbs’ is expected to sell around 50-60k while Snoop Dogg’s ‘Doggumentary’ is on track for around 45-50k sales.
