Kate Alexa's debut album 'Broken and Beautiful' will be released in September.
The Melbourne singer recorded the album in both Melbourne and Los Angeles.In LA, she worked with Jim Marr and Wendy Page, who also developed careers for Hilary Duff and Billie Piper. Marr and Page co-wrote her second single 'My Day Will Come'.
Kate has also been developing her live act, after scoring support gigs on tours for both Backstreet Boys and Jesse McCartney.
'Broken and Beautiful' will feature all four of her singles including the new one 'Somebody Out There'.
