US pop star Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage.
Lily, and the father, Ed Simmons of the Chemical Brothers, were expecting their first child.Reports from the UK state that Lily lost the baby yesterday.
The reports have been confirmed by her publicist who says that no further comment will be made on the matter.
Lily and Ed have been together since September last year. She was in very early stages of pregnancy.
