Drowning Pool To Play The Persian Gulf

Metal band Drowning Pool is heading to the Persian Gulf to play for the troops fighting in the Middle East.

This will be the second USO tour for Drowning Pool who played in Kuwait in October 2005.

As part of the Tour of Duty, Drowning Pool will also stop off and play for soldiers stationed in Germany.

The German show is part of the Welcome Home celebration for units of the 28th Transportation Battalion who will shortly be heading back to Iraq.
