Amy Winehouse was No. 2, Fergie was No. 4, Kelly Clarkson was No. 5, Avril Lavigne was No. 7, Jessica Simpson was No. 8 and Lindsay Lohan was at No. 9.
About Winehouse, the fashion bitch said "Exploding beehives above ... tacky polka-dots below ... she's party 50s car-hop horror".
He said Fergie was "in fashion's hall of shame" and called Kelly Clarkson's "belly-baring bombs hellish at best".
Last year, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears topped the list.
