Rapper Nate Dogg is reported to have suffered a stroke over the holiday period.
The 38 year old R&B star was taken to Pomona Valley Hospital on December 19th and was in the facility for 8 days.Mediatakeout.com reported that the rapper had a stroke but that has not been confirmed by Nate's management.
Since being released on December 26th, Nate Dogg has remained out of sight, away from media attention.
Nate Dogg (real name Nathaniel Hale) is the cousin of Snoop Dogg. He was introduced via Dr. Dre's landmark 1992 release 'The Chronic. He has also had hits with Eminem (Shake That) and Warren G (Regulate).
He has released four solo albums, the most recent being 2003's 'Nate Dogg'.
Nate has also been nominated for 4 Grammy awards but is yet to win one.
