It's Hammer Time In Silicone Valley

Former rapper turned preacher M.C. Hammer is about to become a dotcom entrepreneur.

Hammer (real name Stanley Burrell) has signed on at dancejam.com to produce what they hope will be a dance music version of YouTube.

M.C. Hammer is best known for the multimillion selling hit 'U Can't Touch This', but somehow managed to lose all of the millions he made in music and wind up with $15 million of debt.

The year 45 year old performer will co by the title co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer.

Dancejam.com is expected to launch in mind-January.
