After just 2 years of marriage, Marilyn Manson and his actress wife Dita Von Tesse have officially divorced.
The divorce became legal on Thursday in the Los Angeles Superior Court.The position of the couple is now legally considered "restored to the status of single persons".
Von Teese (real name Heather Sweet) filed the papers for the divorce against Manson (real name Brian Warner) citing "irreconcilable differences". Those differences, according to Von Teese, were based on infidelity and excess partying.
The couple married in an Irish castle in November 2005.
Manson is now dating Across The Universe star Evan Rachel Wood.
