Van Halen guitarist Eddie Van Halen and his actress wife Valerie Bertinelli have officially divorced.
The Hollywood couple separated 7 years ago and 2 years ago Valerie filed for divorce. The divorce was made official on December 20.The 52 year guitarist and 47 year old actress had only one child, Wolfgang. Wolfie, who is now 16 years old, is touring with his dad and uncle as the bass player for Van Halen.
The Van Halen tour was the 5th highest grossing tour in the USA this year. It marked the first time original singer David Lee Roth has played with the band in more than 20 years.
Valerie will release her book 'Losing It: And Gaining My Life Back One Pound At A Time' in February 2008.
