Madonna will premiere her directorial debut 'Filth and Wisdom' at the Berlin Film Festival in February 2008.
The low budget 30 minute movie is comedy about Madonna's life experiences.The movie stars Swiss actor Richard E. Grant. Who played Dr. Who in the BBC animated series, Soviet punk singer Eugene Kutz from the band Gogol Bordello.
The material girl started work on the movie in May and wrapped up production in July.
Madonna's last film effort was the big screen disaster 'Swept Away' in 2002. That movie starred Madonna and was directed by husband Guy Ritchie.
Madonna made her big screen debut in 1985's 'Vision Quest'. That movie was also called 'Crazy For You' in parts if the world. 1985's 'Desperately Seeking Susan' was a hit. She also featured in 'At Close Range' (1986), 'Who's That Girl' (1987), Dick Tracy (1990), 'Evita' (1996) and 'Die Another Day' (2002).
