Thin Lizzy will tour their benchmark live album 'Live and Dangerous' in the UK from November to mark the 30th anniversary of the release of the album.
The band features 70s member Scott Gorham on guitar with John Sykes (vocals and guitar), Marco Mendoza (bass) and Tommy Aldridge (drums).Thin Lizzy was powered by original singer Phil Lynott, a black Irishman who died in 1986.
Today, the band is best known for the hits 'Whisky In The Jar' (covered by Metallica), 'Jailbreak' and 'The Boys Are Back In Town'.
'Live and Dangerous' was released in 1978.
The double alum was recorded during the tours between their 'Johnny The Fox' and 'Bad Reputation' albums in 1976 and 1977.
A DVD of the original show was released in October this year.
