Grammy-winning country artist Rosanne Cash will undergo surgery to remove a brain tumour.
The 52-year-old daughter of Johnny Cash and his first wife Vivian Liberto has been diagnosed with what doctors call a "rare but benign condition" and will be treated at a New York Hospital.She's expected to recover fully, with plans already in place for recording and touring in 2008. Four November concerts, scheduled to promote her 'Black Cadillac' album, have been cancelled.
Cash won the 1985 Grammy in the 'Best Female Vocalist - Country' category.
