You Am I frontman Tim Rogers is lending his support to his football team North Melbourne, after the Australian Football League suggested the team relocate to the Gold Coast.
The Kangaroos have 30 days to decide whether to accept the AFL's offer which includes financial benefits for the cash-strapped club.Rogers expressed his anger in an interview with the Age newspaper, accusing the AFL of focusing on "big business and money".
"That might be a very simplistic way of looking at it, but I'm a simple person and this makes me sick," he said.
Rogers said that he planned to organise a benefit concert at the Prince of Wales in St Kilda for the 138-year-old club.
