Grammy award winning rapper/producer Kanye West has announced he is getting married.
29 year old West will marry his girlfriend Alexis according to People magazine.The relationship between Kanye and Alexis has surprised the tabloid media who at press time for People did not even know Alexis' last name.
In fact, Alexis is somewhat of a mystery woman to the media. It is understood she was West's girlfriend prior to 2002 but the couple have rarely been seen together in recent years.
West is the prot??g?? of Jay-Z and as well as recording his own records, works as a producer at Roc-a-Fella Records.
West's two albums 'The College Drop-out' and 'Late Registration' have sold more than 6 million copies.
