Weeks after the band unconventionally released their 7th album 'In Rainbows', it has been revealed that there was a cover for it, but it was scrapped.
Artist Stanley Donwood told BBC Radio 4, "There was one [cover] but because it was an mp3 we decided not to use it. It was a last minute decision, it was all ready to go but ended up being left on the laptop."What did you miss out on? Well it's very colourful. I've finally embraced colour! It's a rainbow but it is very toxic, it's more like the sort of one you'd see in a puddle."
He didn't clarify whether his artwork was going to be used on the official release of the record.
