Kylie's first show of the KylieX2008 tour in Paris was almost called off.
The Sun reports that Kylie had a serious throat infection and last Friday could not sing at all.There were also last minute technical clich??s with the show that were being fixed right up to showtime.
Kylie's 28 song set features a cover of the Barry Manilow classic 'Copacobana' and seven costume changes.
The tour will travel across Europe including some first time concerts for Kylie in Bulgaria, Romania and Latvia.
The KylieX2008 tour will start in Australia in November.
