Good Charlotte headlined Motorola's Artist of the Month event in Sydney overnight, despite a bass player with an extremely sore foot.
Paul Thomas was injured after falling off stage in Brisbane the night before but vowed the tour would go on.Last night the band hit Sydney for the Motorola showcase and gave Sydney the chance to have a celebrity filled evening.
Just by being Good Charlotte means paparazzi opportunities. Benji and Joel Madden create their own media frenzy simply by turning up with girlfriends Sophie Monk and Nicole Richie.
Members of Grinspoon, Faker and Kisschasy were also on hand for a stroll down the red carpet.
Good Charlotte threw in tracks from the new album as well as a few old favs such as 'Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous' and 'Little Things'.
"It's really great to get up-close and personal with the fans, it's something we don't get a chance to do very often", Benji Madden said in a statement. "We had a blast".
Good Charlotte's performance can be viewed today at 5pm and again Saturday at 7pm on Channel V.
