Paul Thomas, bass player for Good Charlotte, suffered a sprained ankle after falling from the stage at a concert in Brisbane, Australia last night (October 9, 2007).
The band were performing at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre at Boondall at the start of their Australian tour.Thomas fell off stage at the start of the show and but continued on with the show. He played seated for the remainder of the show.
Fiona Lakin from promoter Michael Coppel Presents said today that Paul has insisted on completing the tour.
Today he was treated further by doctors but has been given the go ahead to finish off the remaining dates on the Aussie tour.
Good Charlotte will play Sydney tomorrow (11th October) and Friday (12th October), Melbourne Saturday (October 13), Adelaide Monday 15th and Perth on October 17.
